Job Summary:
As a Growth Intern in the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to drive lead generation, optimize sales operations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. You'll also be helping the team in automating tasks at hand. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, tech, e-commerce, and startup operations.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to and qualify potential leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and calls
Collaborate closely with the Founder and the Founder’s Office team to convert qualified leads
Track and analyze sales performance metrics; create reports to identify areas of improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in e-commerce
Run and Debug in-house tech systems and also develop new tech infra to automate routine tasks
Qualifications:
Students or recent graduates (preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Engineering or related fields)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce apps is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with tools such as Mailmeteor, Zoho CRM, or Lusha is an added advantage
