Responsibilities:
Own category-level P&L and drive revenue, margins, and growth.
Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms and marketing support.
Develop assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies based on data insights.
Optimize product listings and ensure catalog accuracy across platforms.
Coordinate with the supply chain for inventory planning and fill rate optimization.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Ensure smooth customer experience and operational compliance.
Requirements
5+ years in e-commerce/category management (retail/FMCG preferred).
Strong platform knowledge (Amazon, Flipkart) and existing industry connects.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of project tools (Asana, Notion) is a plus.
Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
