Job Summary:

This role involves owning the P&L, driving assortment and pricing strategy, optimizing listings, and collaborating with vendors and platforms like Amazon & Flipkart to deliver strong business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own category-level P&L and drive revenue, margins, and growth. 
- Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms and marketing support. 
- Develop assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies based on data insights. 
- Optimize product listings and ensure catalog accuracy across platforms. 
- Coordinate with the supply chain for inventory planning and fill rate optimization. 
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales. 
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. 
- Ensure smooth customer experience and operational compliance. 
Requirements
- 5+ years in e-commerce/category management (retail/FMCG preferred). 
- Strong platform knowledge (Amazon, Flipkart) and existing industry connects. 
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. 
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of project tools (Asana, Notion) is a plus. 
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
