Job Summary
As an Associate, Category Management, you’ll support the brand’s online growth across marketplaces and Quick‐Commerce platforms (e.g.,Amazon Seller & Vendor Central,Flipkart,Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). You will help with operations,Listing and Cataloging , inventory coordination, and data analysis—ensuring consistent brand performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Listing & Merchandising - Creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on E-Com & Q-Com platforms 
- Coordinate order and inventory management across dark‐store operations, ensuring fill rates, OTIF (On‐Time In‐Full), and catalog health 
- Coordinate campaign assets with marketing and design teams. With basic Marketing understanding on platforms. 
- Account Maintenance & Compliance - Monitor case tickets, ensure compliance with platform policies & Payment Tracking help. 
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings. 
Requirements
- 3+yrs in E‐commerce roles across Amazon/Quick‐Commerce platforms 
- Experience with basic P&L Management is a plus 
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). 
- Experience with e-commerce operations or tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP is a plus. 
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. 
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
